At the sale, the tenant had a remaining lease term of 6.5 years to Derst Baking Co., a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Flowers Foods, Inc (NYSE: FLO).
Flowers Foods, Inc. generated 2021 FY sales of $4.33 Billion through a nationwide network of 47 bakeries that operate as wholly owned subsidiaries. Flowers’ mix of brands includes Nature’s Own, Wonder Bread, and Sunbeam, along with organic brands Dave’s Killer Bread and Alpine Valley Organic.
