NLG Capital Management (“NLGCM”) is the investment and asset management services arm of The Net Lease Group (“NLG”). NLGCM leverage’s the firm’s strong existing relationships and deep access to net lease investment and development opportunities in building a world class net lease, capital management platform servicing its existing and future clients; expanding our existing relationship base as well as cultivating new ones.

NLGCM maximizes value through best-in-class, go-to-market methodology, tools, and processes led by a team with independent and objective expertise across all net lease asset types, with over 100 years of combined deal execution experience. The scope of in-house services offered by NLGCM includes practical, documented business solutions propelled by modern data science, with a clear path of progression that eliminates outsourced knowledge transfers. NLGCM provides access to alternative capital structures through the deep and well-established relationships within the capital markets, which ultimately maximizes speed to market and achieves superior results for clients.


NLGCM will be led by its Founders and Managing Principals Esmael Hill and Philip Wickstrom and the head of our Chicago office Mark Lewensohn. Over the next 12 – 18 months, the company will continue investing significant capital into the delivery of a first-class, unmatched net lease investment placement, management and service platform.
