Mike King is a Vice President in the Atlanta office of the Net Lease Group. He is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sale transactions in addition to the sale lease-back advisory. Mr. King has over five years of commercial real estate experience across many asset classes. He has represented clients in acquiring and disposing of net leased assets, including retail, industrial, and office properties.
Mr. King began his career in the Boston office of Marcus & Millichap before relocating to the Firm’s Atlanta office. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he represented a broad client base consisting of private individuals, end-users, developers, family offices, and fund sponsors in the valuation, disposition, and acquisition of commercial real estate assets with a cumulative value exceeding $500MM. Mr. King is an expert in section 1031 exchange advisory and has completed transactions in 13 states.
Mr. King graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he served on the executive board of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity as an active member. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Massachusetts and Georgia.
