Mary Hemans serves as the Director of Operations at The Net Lease Group, where she oversees day-to-day operations and provides strategic and administrative support to the firm’s executive leadership team. Since joining NLG in February 2023, Mary has played a key role in optimizing internal processes and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Prior to joining NLG, Mary worked with Robinson Weeks Partners, an industrial real estate development and investment firm, and Walker & Dunlop, where she served as Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Multifamily Finance and his team. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has developed a strong foundation in operations management, executive support, and organizational leadership across both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-paced environments, Mary is passionate about building efficient systems that help teams perform at their best.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach and cherishing every moment with her two grandchildren.
