Greg Nail, Managing Director, joins The Net Lease Group from Trust Securities and brings 20 years of net lease investment experience, including origination, structuring, institutional debt placement, and the disposition of over $3B in various office, industrial, retail, and healthcare properties across the United States.
In his prior role at Truist Securities, Greg was a part of the Structured Real Estate principal investment platform and was responsible for the origination and structuring of net lease transactions for corporate and investment banking clients of Truist, covering multiple industry verticals.
Before his origination role, Greg solely managed the Credit Tenant Lease financing platform for 6 years and raised all the institutional private placement debt to support highly structured lease transactions. Greg also managed the disposition of sale/leaseback and build-to-suit property investments acquired by Truist.
Prior to joining Truist Securities in 2004, Greg worked as a coverage officer in commercial and middle market banking, covering clients across the Southeast.
Greg earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
