Flower Foods' products are sold regionally through a direct store delivery network that encompasses the East, South, Southwest, West, and the Northwest regions of the United States and are delivered nationwide to retailer's warehouses.
The NLG team worked closely with Flowers Foods’ executive finance and corporate real estate team to structure a programmatic sale/leaseback solution to support the growth of their vast distribution needs.

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is one of the world's largest carpet manufacturers with more than $5 billion in annual sales and approximately 22,300 employees worldwide. It is headquartered in Dalton, Georgia, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
The NLG teams was engaged by a national developer to arrange & structure JV equity to acquire approximately 140 acres within close proximity to the Port of Savannah.
NLG was able to quickly underwrite and evaluate the market to determine most optimal capital structure and the best suited capital partner for the opportunity.
The JV team was able to acquired the land unlevered and fund all infrastructure needs prior to starting the 1st building, which was critical to meeting the tenant's timing and project delivery objectives.
Upon completion, NLG also led the disposition process for both buildings, which were record sales for the Savannah market.
